• customer/job records if work goes ahead: for as long as needed for the job, our customer relationship, accounting, warranties and legal claims;
• call recordings routed through the Get Work platform: 3 years from capture plus up to 3 years archive; and
• cookie preference records: for as long as reasonably necessary to manage and evidence your choices.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you have the right to:

• ask for access to your personal data;
• ask us to correct inaccurate personal data;
• ask us to delete your personal data;
• ask us to restrict our use of your personal data;
• ask us to transfer certain personal data to you or another provider;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• object at any time to direct marketing.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
